BE PATIENT. The publishing process can take awhile. The company MAD-Learn is a second set of eyes in addition to your teachers. They will take the time they feel they need to review the App. Adults are concerned about a lot of things like your online safety, the accuracy of your information, the user experience, and how well your app fits into the overall educational objectives of MAD-Learn the company. Things they are looking for, you should have addressed and fixed completely in Step 9. Once Ms. Miller gives you the "OK" to submit for publishing, the process can and does take a while. It could be an entire summer. I know to a kid a summer seems like a lifetime.
Because your app is available to the entire world once published, the process to publish can be a bit time consuming. Be patient. how long did it take you to create your app? Well imagine all the kids that spent that same time creating their app. That's a lot of kids with apps.
